Welcome to the Service Marketing Association.

Since its founding in 2007, the Service Marketing Association has become one of the best service marketing professional associations in Korea with the most prominent scholars and experts in Korea. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the past presidents, directors, and members for their work.

The 4th industrial revolution is the key issue that has recently been highlighted by the government. The key to Korea’s sustained and continued growth in this environment are innovation and development, (which should be the first priority). The impact of the service marketing association is expected to grow in the future.

This is because the customer value centered thinking, which is a fundamental aspect of service marketing, also the first starting point and the final ending point of the changes that industries will face in the 4th Industrial Revolution. For example, in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the Value Chain of companies, Starting from the needs and pains of the final customer of the service.

Now is the era of service marketing.

The Service Marketing Association consists of professional members who are interested in various service industries. In order to enhance the professionalism, members are actively interacting with each other.
I hope that many of you become a member and play a important role in the development of service industry in the future Korean society.
